Today, Breakwater Capital Markets and Aaru announced the launch of Conviction Advantage: Capital Markets Quarterly, a new quarterly publication built on Aaru’s investor simulation capability, designed to evaluate where institutional investor conviction is most concentrated, how that conviction varies across mandates, and the factors most likely to drive changes in positioning.
The inaugural edition, developed using 40,000 simulated investors, finds that while institutional investors generally share a common view of the attributes that underpin durable value creation, they diverge meaningfully in the speed and degree to which they respond when those attributes begin to deteriorate.
Conviction Advantage is a first-in-class global, AI-powered decision-intelligence platform designed to help public companies anticipate how global capital is likely to think, behave, and move. The collaboration applies Aaru’s simulation capability to model and study hard-to-reach investor audiences at a breadth and depth conventional research cannot reach.
The platform simulates the behavior of a broad range of market participants including institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, family offices, retail investors, and event-driven capital to provide a forward-looking view of how investors respond to critical public markets decisions. By translating simulated investor sentiment at scale into actionable intelligence, Conviction Advantage enables boards and leadership teams to assess potential market reactions before those reactions materialize.
The inaugural edition of Conviction Advantage: Capital Markets Quarterly is available here. The report will be published each quarter.
